About Me
In 2010, I received a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Since graduating, I have worked with children and adults in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics and private practice. I have experience treating gross motor delays, difficulties with pre-writing/handwriting skills, diminished visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills, as well as supporting differences in sensory processing. Working in these different settings has given me the opportunity to collaborate with many different types of care providers including speech therapists, physical therapists, educators, psychologists and social workers.
I am committed to continuing my education and staying current in my treatment approach. I’ve received training in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, The Wilbarger Brushing Protocol, and the Therapeutic Listening Program. I have also taken courses in reflex integration and Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT). In addition, I am a certified DIR/Floortime therapy provider through the Profectum Academy.
